5 Teams Whose Fans Should Panic After Week 11

Miami Dolphins Tua Tagovailoa

NFL Week 11 panic mode sees some familiar faces as well as some new ones.

Miami Dolphins

The Dolphins came crashing back down to NFL turf against the Denver Broncos. Denver has lost 3 of their last 4 coming into week 11. At 3-6 and as strong as Miami has been playing this was a game they needed to win. Unfortunately for Dolfans, Denver exposed most of the Dolphins’ weaknesses. Their normally stout defense couldn’t do much to stop a struggling Drew Lock.

New England Patriots

The Patriots needed to win to keep pace with the rest of the AFC East. Walking out of week 11 they did not get the W. One more loss for New England and it’ll be their first time in 17 seasons where they have not got double-digit wins. If they won against a weak Houston team they could have gained ground on the Dolphins and Bills for the division, now they’ll sit in third place.

Baltimore Ravens

Baltimore is slipping as of late. In today’s NFL, anyone can win on any given Sunday but the Ravens have lost two in a row. What’s worse is they’re struggling with consistency and could be trending in the wrong direction this late in the season. Lamar Jackson has continued to be careless with the football and isn’t putting out the stats to overcome his mistakes. His struggles are leading to the Ravens’ struggles but they’re not all on him.

Cincinnati Bengals

Cincinnati’s season might be already over, but Sunday solidified it. Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow tore his ACL and will miss the remainder of the season. As if a 2-7-1 season wasn’t bad enough, losing your starting QB who was just getting into a rhythm has to hurt. They’d already lost Joe Mixon due to injury and now Burrow. With only 6 weeks left in the season, the Bengals have no shot at turning it around, but losing key pieces hurts development for sure.

Dallas Cowboys

The Cowboys were in the game against the Steelers until the end. They were up on the Vikings and let the lead slip away. Dallas needs to find a way to win games in the fourth quarter. Other than the Chargers, the Cowboys must be allowing the most comebacks in the NFL this year. Even when they’ve been sloppy they’ve had leads only to let them slip. No one needs their stars back faster than the Dallas Cowboys.
