5 Teams Whose Fans Should Panic After Week 4
The first quarter of the NFL season is already gone. With COVID starting to find its way to delaying games, plenty of people have reason to panic. However, this NFL season is pushing through and more teams have reason to panic.
New York Giants
While Giants fans are forever in a state of panic, 2020 should be no different. As it stands, the whole division is up in the air and the Giants can’t even muster a win to be in the mix. No team in the division has more than 1 win and the Eagles are in first with a 1-2-1 record. However, nothing the Giants seem to be doing resembles anything close to winning.
Dallas Cowboys
The NFC East all the sudden is worse than the AFC East. At least in the AFC East, 3 out of 4 teams are bad while the Patriots usually dominate. In the NFC no one wants to win football games. Right now, it looks as if the division will send a team to the playoffs with a losing record. Dallas just got exposed against the Cleveland Browns.
By getting rid of Jason Garrett, the Cowboys were supposed to get better. With their scapegoat gone and the team struggling to get over the hump. At some point, owner Jerry Jones needs to put the blame on himself and hire a real GM.

Atlanta Falcons
If you’re Atlanta Falcons fans you have to wonder if they missed their golden opportunity this offseason. The rest of the NFL went hard on quarterbacks in the draft and free agency. Should the Falcons had bit the bullet and started their rebuild early?
Surely Matt Ryan would’ve landed them a handful of picks but after this season his value might have been lost. The Falcons are far from their Super Bowl-caliber team and seem to be off the rails. With the young quarterbacks showing promise this season, did Atlanta miss the boat?
Houston Texans
Nothing has fans worry quite like firing your head coach 4 games into the season. A quarter of the season is gone and they’ll be picking up with an interim head coach. The Texans have the talent to be successful in today’s NFL, but maybe trading away your star receiver and all those picks to the Dolphins are finally catching up with them. It seemed like a desperate move to save O’Brien’s job that just didn’t pan out. Only now the next guy doesn’t have picks to rebuild.
Chicago Bears
Nick Foles is a winner. Unfortunately for the Chicago Bears, he doesn’t have the talent around him to keep them winning. Foles should not be out there throwing as much as he is but has to with no run game in sight. We can blame Foles or Trubisky but any team in the NFL looking to compete needs a balanced offense. Chicago is one of those middles of the pack teams that will be upset by fighters all season long. Their remaining games are a coin flip.
