WWE: What the Wrestlemania 33 card looks like less than four weeks away from the event
It seemed that the WWE Wrestlemania card became a bit clearer as we are now less than one month away from the event. There are still some holes and areas that WWE needs to present on TV between RAW and Smackdown over the next few months. On paper, this looks like a much better Wrestlemania than the one last year, but I still feel it comes down to how the wrestlers perform in the ring that night.
Here is the updated Wrestlemaina card as of Smackdown this Tuesday night:
WWE Universal Title Match
Goldberg (Champion) vs. Brock Lesnar
US Title Match
Kevin Owens vs. Chris Jericho (Champion)
WWE World Championship
Bray Wyatt (Champion) vs. Randy Orton
WWE RAW Woman’s Championship triple threat match
Charlotte vs. Sasha Banks vs. Bayley (Champion)
WWE Smackdown Woman’s Title match
Alexa Bliss vs. Becky Lynch vs. Carmella vs. Natayla vs. Nikki Bella vs. Maryse vs. Mickie James vs. Noami.
( I went through the entire Smackdown Woman’s Roster and I figure there will be more added to this match)
Andre the Giant Battle Royal
I am expecting to get Dean Ambrose vs. Baron Corbin for the Intercontinental Title, The Club vs. the winner of the #1 contenders match on RAW next Monday, American Alpha vs. The Usos for the Smackdown Tag Team titles, Undertaker vs. Roman Reigns, Austin Aries vs. Nevile for the WWE Cruiserweight Title and Shane McMahon vs. AJ Styles to be made official soon. What I am interested to see is since Maryse and Nikki Bella will be in the Smackdown Woman’s title match, will there still be a mixed- gender tag match or will it just be the Miz vs. John Cena.
Wrestlemaina 33 is on April 2,2017 and can be seen live on the WWE Network with the special start time of 7pm. We will keep you up to date heading into that event.
