WWE Rumors: Big Show may have new opponent for Wrestlemania

We are still a few weeks away from Wrestlemania and there are still several matches that haven’t been made official yet. One of the matches that people are expecting to see is the Big Show vs. Shaquille O’Neal as they have had build up from Wrestlemania 32’s Andre the Giant Battle Royal. However, it seems that this match probably won’t happen as Shaq may have backed off from the match.

While it seems more than likely that the Big Show is hanging it up next year, WWE wants to give Big Show one last Wrestlemania moment. So Dave Meltzer is dropping some rumors that WWE might be looking to have Big Show possibly fight Hulk Hogan. This sounds interesting because Hulk Hogan has not been in the WWE for the last few years after he had his public scandal. I just hope they don’t go this route as Hulk Hogan hasn’t been in the ring in a few years. I am not sure if he has ring rust, which you don’t want to find out at Wrestlemania.

It should be worth noting that Hulk Hogan was Big Show’s first opponent in WCW when Big Show made his debut in professional wrestling. Big Show ended up defeating Hulk Hogan for the WCW Heavyweight Title at Halloween Havoc. As far as Shaq backing out of the match, I find this interesting as it seemed more than likely that this was going to happen. I could only imagine that heat that comes from an event that has could have a match of Big Show/ Hogan and Goldberg/Lesnar.

We really must be on the road to Wrestlemania as these rumors have been flying around lately. Stay tune to the Inscriber Magazine as we will keep you up to date on the latest wrestling information and we will get you ready for Wrestlemania on April 2,2017.

This is just a rumor and should be taken with a grain of salt.
