AEW: One way to help with the ratings is more of Orange Cassidy

Orange Cassidy

AEW has been around for 12 weeks on TV. They have been the upstart company in 2019 and in there short time have changed the wrestling landscape. However, it seems that they are getting a bad buzz now. One of the biggest things that seems to be talked about is the ratings. In week 1, they were able to get a 1.4 million rating. In the 11 weeks since the debut, they have not even come close to those numbers. It seems that since this has been happening, there seems to be this new talk about something is wrong with the show.

While there are a few problems with the show, I don’t understand why people can’t seem to realize that AEW has only been around for a few months. One of the things you can help the ratings is have Orange Cassidy on your show. When you look at the male wrestlers in AEW, there are only a few wrestlers who get a major pop. Other than Chris Jericho, Jon Moxley, Cody Rhodes, and a few other stars there are a few people who get an organic pop.  It seems that the most we are seeing him is on AEW Dark.

If you have someone who is so over like he is, I don’t understand why you wouldn’t want to put him on your weekly show. I don’t expect him to get a shot at any title, but he will truly help bring in viewers. Mark Henry of Busted Open was the one who brought up one idea that you can have someone attack his pockets. If anyone from AEW is listening, Orange Cassidy will help with your ratings.

You can keep him with his gimmick, but I would go fully with it. I don’t understand why they keep using him on AEW Dark.

AEW Dynamite airs every Wednesday night at 8pm. They return with shows on January 1,2020.
