AEW Rumors: Could the Revival be on their way

AEW has not even been around for a month yet. But in the short history of AEW, they have essentially taken the wrestling world by storm. They have signed several big names like Chris Jericho, MJF, and Pac. However, it seems now that they may be looking to bring in other superstars. It seems that the top two are Scott Dawson and Dash Wilder. People may know them as the Revival.

Late Wednesday morning, it was reported that the Revival had requested an early release from their WWE contracts. It should not be a shocker that this truly happened. When the Revival was in NXT, they were one of the dominant teams. They were one of two teams in NXT to hold the tag belts more than once. The other one is current NXT tag champions, Undisputed Era. Then, the Revival got the call up to Raw during a New Day segment. The feeling was they were going to get into a feud with one of the top teams on the main roster. It ended up turning into nothing because they got a ton of injuries. Even when they were used properly, they were never given the right push.

It’s worth noting that the Revival are not the first NXT tag team to get misused on the main roster. Some of the other ones include Authors of Pain, the Ascension, and American Alphas are just some of the other examples of NXT tag teams who weren’t used properly on the main roster. The feeling with the Revival is that will want to go to AEW. They feel they would get booked better and become something. If the Revival were to go to AEW, you already have a feud for them. You could easily have the Revival take on the Young Bucks. Throughout the run of Being with the Elite, there have been many inside jokes. One of them has coined the phrase #FTR. Those three letters would spell out F**k the Revival.
