AEW: Three possible people who could be the leader of the Dark Order
When we look at professional wrestling, AEW is the one that many people talk about. One of the components to why AEW has a lot of popularity is the tag team division. Even before Dynamite started on TV, the tag team division has considered one of the most stacked. As of now, we have the Young Bucks, SCU, Butcher and the Blade, Private Party, Best Friends, Strong Hearts, The Hybrid 2, Kenny Omega and Hangman Page, and the Dark Order. The duo of Evil Uno and Stu Grayson has been apart of the AEW Tag team division since they debuted at Double or Nothing.
Since they have been back on TV, they have gained a ton of popularity. However, there’s been one major thing that they have been hinting at. There have been promos where we see Evil Uno answering to someone. They have said that this person is the leader of the Dark Order. When you ask wrestling fans who they think it is, you end up getting a ton of different responses.
More Wrestling: Matt Hardy Headed Home
I’ve decided to look at three possible names of who is the leader of the Dark Order:
Christopher Daniels
Daniels is one of the most decorated wrestlers in the industry. He is one of a few wrestlers who can say that they worked for every major promotion at some point. We haven’t seen much in-ring work from him as its been Frankie and Sky, it’s made for an interesting couple of months. If you recall there was an episode of BTE and we saw the Dark Order mask in Daniel’s suitcase. Every time we see SCU in the ring, it seems that Dark Order is very close behind them. If this were to happen, I could see it being at their next PPV, Revolution.
Matt Hardy
Like Daniels, Matt Hardy is someone who has been in this profession for some time. As of this writing, he is still under contract with WWE. However, that is set to expire on March 1st. The feeling among the wrestling community is that he won’t be resigning with them. While Hardy is getting old, he thinks he still has a few years left in him. Hardy has been able to reinvent himself and it’s worked.
If he signs with AEW, could happenĀ
Raven
This is probably the most unlikely one. In the last episode of Dynamite, Raven was caught seating behind the Dark Order. Once this happened, many websites started to speculate as to if Raven is the leader of the Dark Order. While Raven has been known to be a cult leader, I can’t see this one happening.
Very Doubtful
