Boston Celtics Will Form Next NBA Dynasty If They Win NBA Finals
The Boston Celtics have had a great season in 2022, reaching the NBA Finals. They have been competitive in the Finals, which is tied 2-2 with the Golden State Warriors.
The Warriors have formed the latest NBA dynasty. They won the NBA championship back in 2015, 2017, and 2018. And they have a chance to win another hardware this year.
But if the Celtics beat the Warriors in this Finals, Boston will form the next dynasty with their current roster.
First of all, the Celtics already have a 1–2-star power in Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown. Both of them are under 26 years old and both have averaged over 20 points per game this season. They are both great all-around scorers who can score from anywhere on the floor. And because of their age, they will be a force together for years to come. As long as the Celtics keep them long-term, those two combined, will make the Celtics competitive year after year.

But it’s not just those two. Boston has a strong supporting cast after them. Marcus Smart, Robert Williams lll, Al Hortford, Derrick White, Grant Williams, and Payton Pritchard are all solid key pieces in the Celtics’ Finals run. And the thing is, outside of Horford, everyone else mentioned, is all under 30 years old.
Along with the youth of this current Celtics roster, they are a well-balanced team that can score in bunches and they are a very solid defensive team. They are well-coached by Ime Udoka who has led his team to the Finals in his first year as NBA head coach. The Celtics also have a strong front office led by general manager Brad Stevens who was the previous Celtics coach.
Even if Boston loses in the Finals, they will be back next year and probably years to come as contenders. Mainly because of their youth, star power in Tatum and Brown, and a strong supporting cast that provides scoring and strong defense.
