What we’re reading:

Superman continues to be one of the most adventurous titles we’re reading, definitely a staple of what DC is building right now along with Batman. Event Leviathan has been an exciting ride along the way to expand the Superman universe too. We’re still a little behind on Detective Comics but will be catching up soon.

The Stand Outs:

A few new titles are starting this week that have us intrigued. First, Joker Harley Criminal Sanity as anything Joker/Harley is usually all sorts of bat crazy. The evil dynamic duo if you will often have some of the best exchanges in comic history. However this one story appears to be a bit different. While we’ve enjoyed their antics together, we’re going back to see that maybe they were connected long before they met.

Next up is Batman’s Grave has our curiosity peaked.

“The World’s Greatest Detective must try to inhabit the mind of a murder victim to solve a case-without filling the empty grave next to those of his parents. Can Batman imagine the life of a corpse with a half-eaten face without dying himself?

Warren Ellis and Bryan Hitch, one of the most legendary creative partnerships of the modern age, reunite in this maxiseries about life, death and the questions most are too afraid to ask.”

Any new take on on Batman we’re always keep an eye on. Especially when it dips back into the detective of the worlds greatest detective.

That’s it for this week. If you have any recommendations in DC titles that you think we should pick up, by all means let me know by dropping me a line on Twitter @CavemenRadio. We’ll talk comics, movies, sports, television and more. We also follow back all our followers.
