With Dwayne Johnson and Emily Blunt as the two main stars, this family-friendly adventure film has all the makings of a family movie night. If you’re expecting something other than the typical family-friendly movie out of either Johnson or Blunt than you’ve got high hopes. But thats not a bad thing as the two have on-screen chemistry. In an action/adventure film you don’t always need the strongest performances, it just needs to be fun.

Jungle Cruise is Disney’s version of Jumanji and makes a long standing attraction relevant again. With so much going on in the park, it’s great they kept interest in it alive. With a sequel on the way, it’ll will surely keep the attraction in the back of people’s minds of years to come.
Jungle Cruise won’t be your all-time favorite Disney movie but at least it’s worth the watch. The only challenge is how they’ll make it a sequel. 7 out of 10.
