The Bohemian Rhapsody Movie Is Getting Overshadowed

Entertainment: Boehemian Rhapsody

We are getting a ton of great music-based movies out now. The biggest one out now stars Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga in A Star is Born. In a few days, it will be joined by another film based on Queen’s properness of the Live Aid concert in 1985. The movie is called Bohemian Rhapsody. It’s the same title from the band’s 1975 album, A Night at the Opera.

This film ends up looking at the early days of Queen. In addition, we see the rise of Freddie Mercury. All of this leads to their appearance at Live Aid in 1985. The actor who is playing the legendary musician is Rami Malek. You have probably seen him also the USA Network show, I Robot. This movie had some problems in the start as Sacha Baron Cohen was linked, but ended up never working out. He certainly looks like Freddie, so we shall see about that. I am talking about this movie for one huge reason. The reason being that there seems to be little to no hype for this movie. We can look at a movie like Halloween that recently came out. It seems that movie had a ton of hype since there’s been forty years between the two of them.

I feel this movie isn’t getting the hype because it is getting overshadowed by the other major movies that are coming out. The two movies getting a ton of hype now are the a for mention Halloween and A Star is Born. I am curious to see how this movie does when it comes out as it will be competing with the two hyped movies out now. This isn’t the first movie to come out on a band, so I’m failing to see how there is little to no hype on this movie. Bohemian Rhapsody opens in theaters on November 2nd..
