Infinity War Theory: Thanos Will Rewind Time To Save Gamora But Bring Back Everyone
The main question after leaving Infinity War was did Thanos really kill all those heroes? With the death of Spider-Man, Doctor Strange, Black Panther, Groot and more, the Avengers are left with their basic core. But what if Thanos changes that and just so happens to do it by accident by trying to bring Gamora back to life?
With all the fighting going on once Thanos got to Wakanda, there was a scene that included Vision where Thanos may have made his biggest error.
[MarkAds]When Thanos was on his way, Vision instructed Scarlet Witch to destroy the Mind Stone before Thanos got his hands on it. However, in the process, destroying the Mind Stone would also kill Vision. At first, Scarlet Witch was reluctant to do it but as Thanos grew closer, she had no choice but to comply with her boyfriend’s wishes.
Once Thanos arrived, Scarlet Witch had finally destroyed the Stone but Thanos wasn’t taking no for an answer. Now armed with the Time Stone, he was able to rewind time, bring Vision back to life, take the gem and kill him again. Whoa.
But that brings us back to the original question. Did Thanos really kill the heroes? Yes, he did.
But, that does not mean they are gone forever. Let’s pretend many of us don’t know the original Infinity Gauntlet story and base everything off the movie. Throw away the comics and let’s just be fans of Infinity War the movie and not the comic. With that said, have we seen the last of Black Panther, Groot, Dr. Strange, and Spider-Man? Of course not and here is why.
When Thanos went for the Soul Stone he was forced to sacrifice his daughter Gamora. While he deemed it reasonable, we saw a hint of guilt and pain from Thanos. Why is that important? Because at the end of Infinity War, Thanos was seen with a younger Gamora in a dream-like state. His love for her is just as real as his love for the Stones and being as it is, it just may turn out to be his downfall.
Will Gamora Be The Reason Many Of The Avengers Be Brought Back To Life?
With Thanos living with the guilt, he may try to bring his daughter back even though she wants him dead. For a man as powerful as he is, he still craves that love and attention from his child. But, she’s dead, right? In order for Thanos to be whole again, he will need to find a way to bring Gamora back to life. Luckily for him, Gamora, and the others, there is a way.
What Thanos may do is attempt to do the same thing he did with Vision. He could rewind time before the threw Gamora off the cliff in front of Red Skull and find another way to get the Soul Stone. But if he does that then he will bring everyone he killed back to life before then since she was one of the first to die. That means that Strange, Spider-Man, Black Panther, and the others will be restored thus resulting in Thanos facing a full army of Avengers and warriors all over again.
Thanos is one bad dude, but just like any father, his daughter is his weakness.
