Justice League Battle for Metropolis Needs To Make Its Way To Six Flags Discovery Kingdom

Six Flags Discovery Kingdom needs a Justice League Battle for Metropolis attraction. The park (which has a dark ride) must improve their selection for guests. The DC area of Discovery Kingdom needs some spicing up. The inclusion of Battle for Metropolis is a no-brainer.
Battle for Metropolis is a cloned ride Six Flags has put in most of their parks. Quite a few Six Flags locations have Justice League. The attraction is just so incredibly awesome that every Six Flags park should have it. Discovery Kingdom could really benefit from having one. They are owed big time after the failure that is Harley Quinn Spinsanity.
Discovery Kingdom is getting a new 4D Free Spin, Batman, in 2019. The Justice League dark ride is what everyone wants. 4D Free Spin’s have been done at other Six Flags locations before under different names. It’s a decent addition, but not on the same level of Battle for Metropolis.
The saving grace for Batman? No 4D Free Spin is ever the same ride twice. Much like Battle for Metropolis in that sense, the pass holder gets a lot of value coming over and over to the attraction. You’d normally ride a coaster once and that’s that. There’s no telling how much you’ll spin or flip on any given ride.
Battle for Metropolis, being an interactive dark ride, never gives you the same experience. You’re always trying to better your score from before. Not to mention, the sets are quite intriguing. This includes the animatronic Cyborg at the loading station.
Being such a high-profile attraction, there will be lines of people wanting to ride. The attraction needs to be in tip-top shape for all the guests to enjoy. Battle for Metropolis requires a great amount of attention. It’s a very expensive ride to build and maintain.
Six Flags Discovery Kingdom, while a profitable park, might not have the funds to sustain a ride of that caliber. And seeing as there’s a Battle for Metropolis 6 hours away at Magic Mountain, the demand isn’t necessarily there.
Ideally, Six Flags Discovery Kingdom gets a Battle for Metropolis. There might not be much room in the DC section of the park, although, if it that demand is there (And I believe it is) Six Flags will find a way to get It done.
It’s not out of the realm of possibility Battle for Metropolis gets built. I’d not expect it for the next few years, though, as Discovery Kingdom will probably get something small next year. Still, it’s always fun to speculate.
