WWE Rumors: Kurt Angle’s Post Wrestlemaina plans reveled
It seems that it has been reveled as to what Kurt Angle will be doing after he gets inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame during WrestleMania weekend. It was announced that the future WWE Hall of Famer will be making an appearance on both Raw and Smackdown after WrestleMania. He should have a major presence on whatever brand he ends staying on and here is what they should do.
In regards to Smackdown, there is one obvious direction for the WWE to go with Kurt Angle. He should become the manager to Jason Jordan and Chad Gable, who are the team of America Alpha. I am not the first one who thought of this idea, but when you think about the idea, it makes perfect and logical sense. During Kurt Angle’s first run with the company that went from 1998 until 2006, he formed a stable with two guys who act like Jordan and Gable. The two wrestlers who he was paired with were Charlie Haas and Shelton Benjamin, they were known as “The World’s Greatest Tag Team.”
Since Jordan and Gable have been on the main roster, there has been a lot of comparisons to Haas and Benjamin, so bringing in Kurt Angle would make a ton of sense. On the other hand, if he were to stay on RAW, then the best option for him is to replace Mick Foley as the Raw GM. Over the last few weeks, there have been seeds planted to Mick Foley being relieved of his general manager duties as it is known that he is going to be having hip surgery. Either way, it will be fun to have Kurt Angle back in the WWE and depending on what brand he goes to, they can get a major boost by his presence.
