Ryder Cup 2018 Live Stream: Watch Day 2 Online
Welcome back golf fans. It’s Friday and that means the Ryder Cup 2018 enters its first day of action. After Tiger Woods won his first tournament in five years, he and Team USA are ready to take on Team Europe in Ryder Cup action. The action tees off in Paris in the early morning while those in America will have to stay up late to watch the action live.
Every day of the Ryder Cup is fun to watch. The action is intense and the first team to 14.5 points wins the event. Team USA won the Ryder Cup in 2016 but that tournament was held in the USA. The last time Team USA won in Europe was in 1993 when they won, 15-13, at The Belfrey in England. Each team has 12 players on its roster. Not every player plays in each session and some will see less time than others.
[adcode]Team Europe currently leads 5-3 after winning all four matches in the foursomes action. They started the first day shaky but made up for it with a historic sweep on Friday in the second session of play.

Saturday’s action features two sessions. The first season is the fourballs format, while the second session is foursomes action. In four-ball action, each team has two players facing off against the opposing team’s two players. Everyone plays their own ball and the best score from each team is used to decide the winner on each hole. In session one on Saturday 2018 Masters winner Patrick Reed is partnered with Tiger Woods for Team USA for the second straight four-ball action
Foursomes action is where each team’s duo plays the same ball and alternates who are shooting. The rotation can be restarted at each tee box. For example, the person who putts the last shot on hole 1 can then tee off on hole 2. Team USA must step up in the morning session on Saturday or they’ll dig themselves into a bigger hole after being swept in foursomes action for the first time ever in Ryder Cup history.
Saturday’s first session features four matches. Each team’s duo in the fourball action is listed below. The foursomes groupings will be announced after the first session of the day concludes.
