Star Was: Jedi Fallen Order: Finally a Good Star Wars Game

Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order

Is there any other franchise that’s booming along quite as much as Star Wars? Maybe Marvel is close, but between the comics, the movies, the new show on Disney+, and now a video game Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order there’s plenty of content to love. Jedi Fallen Order released on the 15th and is just as great as the rest of the content.

From EA.com

“From Respawn Entertainment comes a brand-new action adventure game which tells an original Star Wars story about Cal Kestis, a Padawan who survived the events of Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith. On November 15th, 2019, play and become a Jedi.”

Would it really be a fun Star Wars game if you weren’t able to wield a lightsaber? No, probably not but at least this one you can and more. Sure, you could just go in swinging and button mashing your way through a lightsaber battled, but Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order forces you to engage in timed and skill combat techniques to master your opponent. You’ll also need to use the force and a droid companion to navigate your way through a whole new Star Wars story.

The Verdict:

Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order is better than the previous version of Star Wars: Battlefront II. Yes, a multiplayer game has different mechanics and are two different style gameplays all together. However, with Battlefront II felt more like a another EA franchise Battlefield with a Star Wars theme. Jedi Fallen Order seems more like a Star Wars game that’s set in a Star Wars universe with characters who fit in where they belong.

The game itself has some very difficult mechanics and developing your character to your style will be key along the way. Whether you want a force-heavy run or a lightsaber slasher, you’ll need to choose your skillset wisely. Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order is the game Star Wars fans have been waiting for.
