What rides/attractions do we want to see from Nintendo Land? Universal Orlando could announce the project any day now. We know whatever goes there will be cutting edge. The partnership of Universal and Nintendo is guaranteed to knock your socks off.

We do know Mario Kart is going to be featured at the new Nintendo Land. There have been concepts from Universal that show some very interesting designs, one can only assume to be for this attraction. It’s likely Universal will use screens, although, it’s probably going to have an element of VR or live action.

Here’s one that might be a fresh take on one of Disney’s most popular rides, Flight of Passage. You’d have the same ride system, but, instead of the World of Avatar and Banshees, you’ll get the world of Star Fox. There’s also the chance Universal uses the same type of system the Millenium Falcon ride in Galaxy’s Edge uses for a Star Fox attraction.

What about Metroid? Wouldn’t it be cool to have an interactive dark ride themed to one of the best first-person shooters of all-time? You’d feel as if you’re in the game itself. Again, Universal would use screens but might add bits of theming to the ride. Think of it as an interactive Amazing Adventures of Spider-Man.

There are many other themes and lands within Nintendo that Universal can explore. Why not do an entire portion of the land and dedicate it to Hyrule? Legend of Zelda is one of the most well-known games of our time. You’d be able to place a stunt show as the main attraction.

Of course, what would Nintendo Land be without Pokemon? Something to consider is a live version of Pokemon Snap. You’d take a ride on a boat, vehicle, or some sort of transportation on a dedicated track.

Each guest is equipped with a camera device exclusive to the ride. The winner is the person who gets the most exclusive photos.(which can be awarded by a point value given to each Pokemon) This is essentially an interactive dark ride with a camera rather than a gun.

Luigi’s Mansion is the final property that could be featured. Like Pokemon Snap, this would be an innovative dark ride. You’re given a vacuum attached to the car and you must use it to suck up ghosts.

The use of screens is necessary for this to work. Instead of shooting, you’ll point your vacuum at the scren and it’ll move and suck up ghosts. This would be a rather difficult ride to pull off.

Nintendo is one of the biggest properties in the world. Universal Orlando seems to have a handle on things. If it’s anything like The Wizarding World, this will be about as immersive as you can get. Here’s hoping Nintendo Land lives up to expectations.
