Thursday Night Football (9/19/19): Where to Watch Online

After an interesting week 2, we are set to begin Week 3 of the NFL season tonight. To get Week 3 started, we will see the Jacksonville Jaguars take on the Tennessee Titans in an AFC South showdown. For the Jacksonvile Jaguars, it has not been the start they were looking for in 2019. Amidst Jalen Ramsey trade rumors, the Jaguars are still looking for their first win. They come into tonight’s game with a record of 0-2. They lost to the Kansas City Chiefs and Houston Texans.

What has been the Achilles heel for the Jaguars has been the penalties. The Titans come into this game averaging roughly 5.5 penalties per game, the Jaguars have almost doubled that with 9.5. People seem to not realize that penalties will do their damage on a team. The other thing that has been hurting the Jaguars has been the running game. The Titans come into this game with 123.5 yards per game. The Jaguars have had 92 yards per game. You can not win a game in the National Football League and have less than 100 yards of rushing.

The Titans come into this game splitting the first two games of the season. They were winners in Week 1 as they beat the Cleveland Browns by the score of 43-13. However, they would fall to the Colts in Week 2 losing by the score of 19-17. While the Titans are facing a team that has had a lot of off the field problems, they aren’t coming in as the best team they could be. It doesn’t look good at all when your ranked towards the bottom of most of the major categories of the NFL.
