WWE: Becky Lynch post WrestleMania run will be the most intriguing
At WrestleMania 35, Becky Lynch became a dual champion as she defeated both Ronda Rousey and Charlotte Flair in the main event. While we really don’t know what direction the WWE will go with Kofi Kingston, Seth Rollins, or Becky Lynch post WrestleMania, Becky Lynch is the one that will be the one to watch out for.
For starters, they haven’t announced if they are unifying the belts. As of this writing, she currently holds two belts. If the the latest episodes of Raw and Smackdown are any indication, we will be getting a feud between Lacey Evans and Becky Lynch. On a recent episode of the Evan Roberts podcast, Evan Roberts and his guest, Monzo, made a great point about this possible feud. Which belt is Lacey Evans going to be challenging for. I’m curious to see also where this goes.
Another reason why Becky’s post WrestleMania run will be intriguing is how long will her popularity last for. She is one of the most over women wrestlers in the WWE. However, the fans may not like her a lot because she is becoming a goody two shoe babyface. When she was the heel “The Man” she became very over. The fans could begin to strongly support the person who faces Becky Lynch.
However, you look at the Becky Lynch title reign, it’s probably the most interested I’ve been in a women’s champion, and it’s because the WWE could go in so many directions. I don’t recall the last time I was invested in how a women’s title reign goes. The WWE can not screw this up at all. They have built Becky up way to much to screw up her title reign. However, it’s the WWE, so nothing will shock me.
Let us know in the comments below what direction you would like to see the WWE take with Becky Lynch in her reign with both the Raw and Smackdown belts.
