WWE: Daniel Bryan cleared to return to in-ring action

We are a few weeks away from WrestleMania 34 in New Orleans. There has been some speculation of a former WWE Champion making his in-ring return at the event. According to CBS Sports, the WWE has cleared Daniel Bryan to return to in-ring action. This has been a decision that has taken three years to determine.

Prior to the WWE, Daniel Bryan was a may stay on Independent scene. He wrestled all around the world for companies like Ring of Honor. He would come to the WWE two different times. He was considered enchantment talent back in the early 2000’s for the company. He would return to the WWE in 2010 and would start in FCW and the early days of NXT. The way Daniel Bryan would get introduced to the WWE universe would be at Summerslam that year when he joined John Cena’s team to take on Nexus. Throughout his singles run, he would win the US title, IC title, tag team titles with Kane, and the WWE Championship. It is also worth noting that he got his big push heading into WrestleMania 30.

As reports go, it was supposed to be CM Punk feuding with Triple H heading into WrestleMania 30. However, after he left the company in 2014 they went with Daniel Bryan. It became one of the best storylines the company has done for some time. It would end up blowing off at WrestleMania 30 when Daniel Bryan would end up defeating Randy Orton and Batista in the main event for the WWE title. In addition, he would end up defeating Triple H earlier that night to get into the main event.

With him being cleared, my guess is that we will get Shane McMahon and Daniel Bryan having a tag match against Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn. This would make sense for the fact that these four guys have feuded for most of 2018 and part of 2017. In addition, now that Daniel is cleared, it is safe to say that all the dream matches could become true with guys like AJ Styles, Shinsuke Nakamura, and others.

There is still a chance that WrestleMania 34 could turn into YestleMania as it did back at WrestleMania 30.
