We are a few weeks away from WrestleMania 36. A few nights beforehand, the WWE puts in selected wrestlers into their Hall of Fame. We did find out that two of the names going in. They are Batista and legendary faction, NWO (Hogan, Hall, Nash, and X-Pac). There was a ton of speculation of who could be joining them and it seems we are now founding out. Several weeks ago, there were rumors that Jushin Thunder Liger and The Bella Twins were going into the Hall of Fame. We have not heard any official word on those names.

According to several wrestling sites, John Bradshaw Layfield is set to be the newest inductee into the Hall of Fame. WWE has not made it official, but several reputable sites are reporting this. JBL is one of the key pieces to the Attitude Era.

He began his wrestling career in 1992 and would jump from the Global Wrestling Federation to the International Circut and then the NWA from 1994-1995. JBL would not find his home until 1995 when he would join the WWF. He would find rise to stardom when he would be paired with Ron Simmons. They would form the Acolytes Protection Agency (APA). This tag-team lasted from 1998 to 2002.

When you think of tag team wrestling during the Attitude Era, you think of teams like the Dudley Boyz, the Hardys, and the team of Edge and Christian. The APA would be the fourth team but was right there with these other teams. While he was apart of one of the best tag teams in the WWF, he also would end up having a successful run as a singles star. While he was on Smackdown, he did go on one of the longer runs with the WWE titles.

If I were picking the person who should induct him it would be Ron Simmons.
