WWE: Rollins and Ambrose Shouldn’t Be Tag Team Champions at Survivor Series

We are still a few weeks away from WWE’s Survivor Series. As of this writing, we have AJ Styles vs. Brock Lesnar, Ronda Rousey vs. Becky Lynch, Seth Rollins vs. Nakamura. While we probably won’t know who is working the traditional Survivor Series matches for the men and women, there’s one match that will be interesting to see. The only other title vs. title match that hasn’t been announced is the tag team titles. As of this writing, the Smackdown Tag Champions are the Bar and Raw has Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose.

[JonBlayneAds] One of the reasons why there hasn’t been a match announced is Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose are currently feuding. Yes, the tag team champions are currently feuding with each other. The WWE has two different directions they can possibly go. For starters, they can have Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose drop the belts. You have teams like AOP or the Revival who would make the most sense to take them. In addition, they would probably be the only two teams who would benefit.

It’s also worth noting that by going this route, you can somehow allow the Rollins/Ambrose feud to begin to grow. The other option is to just have Rollins and Ambrose take on the Bar at Survivor Series. This wouldn’t be the first time these four are in the ring. These two teams feuded over the Raw Tag title last summer while the Bar was still on Raw.

In my humble opinion, I suspect the WWE to go with option 1 and take the belts off of them. By keeping the belts on two guys who don’t like each other won’t do anything but hurt the credibility of the belts. The belts would become pawns. By taking the belts off of Rollins and Ambrose, you are allowing another team to get some spotlight.
