WWE Rumors: Seth Rollins injures knee, Wrestlemania in jeopardy
There’s now a rumor going around that may have WWE scrambling for a new match at Wrestlemania 33 for Triple H. It is now being rumored that Seth Rollins may have injured his knee after being blindsided by the debut of Samoa Joe. At the end of RAW this past Monday, Triple H was in the ring cutting a promo on Seth Rollins. As Seth Rollins was about to get his hands on the man who screwed him out of the Universal Title back in August, he would end up getting attacked by Samoa Joe.
While it didn’t seem that anything was wrong with him as WWE went off the air on Monday, it now appears that he may have re-injured the knee that kept him out for most of 2016 and had him miss Wrestlemania 32 in Dallas. It has even gotten to the point that even the WWE website is now reporting that Rollins has injured his knee during the beat down by Samoa Joe and they even showed him leaving the arena with crutches.
Since the news broke about Seth Rollins, there has been one question presented by many members of the WWE Universe. “Is it a work or it is it part of the storyline?” Personally, I don’t think its part of the storyline because WWE wouldn’t be going this far if it wasn’t serious. If this happens to be true, then it would be a major blow to one of the best WWE performers. While Seth Rollins was in the middle of his first WWE World Heavyweight Champion run, he would end up severely damaging his knee at a house show in Europe that ended up forcing him to relinquish the title. He would end up missing two of the biggest annual events in WWE with the Royal Rumble and Wrestlemania 32 in Dallas.
We will need to wait and see what happens as Seth Rollins is undergoing tests to the knee. Unfortunately, it looks like he is in jeopardy of missing Wrestlemania 33. Once updates are provided the Inscriber will be there to provide updates. If Seth Rollins does, in fact, get put out of commission for Wrestlemania 33, who would you like Triple H to fight at the grand stage. Let us know in the comments below.
