WWE: Sami Zayn Should Be The One To Turn On Kevin Owens

It seems that one of the hotter acts on RAW right now is Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn. However, like all the previous acts, there will come a time when they become stale and one is bound to turn on the other. There have been some rumblings that the WWE might be heading into a slow turn between these two guys. While these guys do have the chemistry, there is something that tells me it will be interesting to see who turns on who.

I could see a scenario play out where Sami Zayn turns on Kevin Owens and we get a babyface Owens. In all honesty, I would start planting the seeds at Money in the Bank. I would have Owens start to climb the ladder and suddenly have Zayn “accidentally” hit Owens with a ladder, thus causing him to fall off the ladder. The next night, I would have Zayn apologize to Owens a lot and promise that it will not happen again. I would have this happen a few times where Zayn accidentally costs Owens a match. The last one comes at the 2019 Royal Rumble where Zayn eliminates his “best friend” Kevin Owens. I would then have a segment on RAW the next night between Owens and Zayn. This is where Zayn gives his true intentions and that he helped Owens defeat Shane McMahon at Hell in the Cell to further his career.

After the beat down, I would have Zayn yell at Owens something to the extent of “I will see your ass at WrestleMania”. These guys have great chemistry in the ring and could be a show stealer. If they are allowed to have about 15-20 minutes. I would go this route because it would build more interest towards their match. I hate it when the WWE does a quick turn and then nothing comes from it. By going this route of a slow turn, it allows for the story to unfold.
